The 5-minute walk along the river was stunning, with a front row view of the sunset over the river. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and speak excellent English. The air conditioning in the room works well, and the restaurant opens early for convenience. The central location makes it easy to explore the town.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The small local family running this place has created a jaw-dropping combination of a hotel and guesthouse. With their highly educated background, they provide the friendliest and most personal hospitality imaginable. The Kayaking tour down the Mekong river to see the Irrawaddy dolphins is super exciting. Plus, they have an awesome board full of transportation options for easy planning. The restaurant serves up delicious food and the bar is perfect for sitting, chatting, and making unforgettable memories. The spacious rooms have a stunning sunset view, and the amenities, including towels and water, make your stay incredibly comfortable. All in all, this guesthouse is a game-changer for travelers.

The room was not clean at all. We stayed two nights and did not receive clean towels. They leave all the doors open during the night so we had a lot of bugs, such as 3 cockroaches in the room. Also the tv was broken and no wifi in the room. For breakfast i had a pancake and in the sugarbowl was a dead fly. I lost my appetite!!

I recently stayed at the Silver Dolphin in Kratie for a short time and it was perfect for my needs. The location was great, with a beautiful view over the Mekong river. The friendly staff helped me book my bus to Siem Reap for the next day, which was very convenient. They also offer bicycle and scooter rentals, as well as organizing dolphin watching tours. The rooftop bar was a nice place to relax and meet other travelers. it was a good stay for a reasonable price.

Staff tried to be helpful.

First night we got food poisoning, 2 nights later when ordering food I received an under-cooked burger. The bus operator who took us to the Cambodian border tried to rip us off by paying 46usd to have our visas processed and got very angry when we refused. We did it ourselves just like everyone else did and saved 14usd.

The restaurant had delicious food, and the WiFI was really fast (although didn't work in our room).

Most of the staff were quite nice, but one guy tried to rip us off when booking a bus ticket (change 50% more then normal).

The staff were absolute legends, a SUPER chill fam! The location was bangin', just a few blocks from the ferry! They had all the services I needed like motorbike rental, laundry, and a killer restaurant. The sunset view from the rooftop rooms was jaw-dropping. The room was massive and had all the amenities I could ask for. The host was a legend, giving us mad tips and helping us book our bus. The wifi was on point too. Definitely a solid spot for low-budget travelers!

We had a great stay at a family-run guest house that offers good value tours and bus tickets. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the city market and right on the Mekong Riverfront. The staff were very accommodating and fulfilled all our requests, including providing a ventilator and customized breakfast. The terrace on top of the guest house was a great place to work in the mornings, with good internet and a comfortable room with air conditioning. We were even inspired to extend our stay and remained in the same room.
